Things to know before you make your appointment

A credit card number will be required to make reservation
Less than 5 hours notice of cancellation will be charge $20 per service of your scheduled appointment to the credit card on file
No shows will be charge $25 per service of your scheduled appointment to the credit card on file
Please note that cancellations can only be made by calling the salon. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or voice mail.
We recommend you make appointments so your time with us can be reserved

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation for your service
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know.
We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled appointment, however, if we are unable to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away
If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, your scheduled services may need to be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time
Gift cards are treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen
