Things to know before you make your appointment

Walk Ins

  • Walk-ins are always welcome
  • We will try our best to accommodate you around scheduled appointments
  • Appointments are highly recommended

appointments / Cancellations

  • A credit card number will be required to make reservation
  • Less than 5 hours notice of cancellation will be charge $15 per service of your scheduled appointment to the credit card on file
  • No shows will be charge $20 per service of your scheduled appointment to the credit card on file
  • Please note that cancellations can only be made by calling the salon. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or voice mail.
  • We recommend you make appointments so your time with us can be reserved

Upon Arrival

  • We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled  appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation for your service
  • If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know.
  • We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled appointment, however,  if we are unable to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away
  • If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, your scheduled services may need to be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked

refunds

  • We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval

GIFT CARDs

  • Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time
  • Gift cards are treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen

Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards, however we do not accept personal checks
  • We do not accept tips on the credit card.  Please tip in cash

Lost & Found

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or left behind
  • Any items left longer than 7 days will be donated to a local charity
