At Onyx Nails, we value our clients and your loyalty are very important to us. To thank you and appreciated your loyalty, we are now offering Onyx Nails Loyalty Rewards. It is a FREE program that awards you points. We keep track of the rewards points electronically in our database and it can be redeem for Onyx Nails services.

Things to know before you make your appointment

CASH DISCOUNT

  • Prices displayed are for cash payment. Any credit / debit or third party gift cards have 3% fee

CASH REWARDS

  • You will receive $10 off your next service for each 500 points you earn

REFUNDS

  • We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 5 days of the service completion pending management approval

GIFT CARDs

  • Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time
  • Gift cards are treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen

FINE PRINT

  • Points will be awarded at the time of check out

  • Points can only redeemed toward your next services

  • Point may not be redeemed for cash

  • We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time

  • Partial point redemption not allowed

  • Point surrendered 1 year after account inactivity
